Bowmore 12. 40% ABV

Islay single malt scotch whisky.

EYES: Caramel, dark amber, oily, dense.

NOSE: Peat, smoky, iodine, grass, medicine.

MOUTH: A lot of peat, a little spice, sweet, herbs, liquorice. Finish, ginger, astringent. Oily, medicine or maybe dentist.

ADDING WATER

EYES: Cloudy.

NOSE: Grass, more peat, caramel, no smoky, honey.

MOUTH: Homogeneous, sweet, more spicy, oiled, syrup. More spicy final. Some of mint.
