HIGHLAND Single malt, (the islands -Orkney-) Sherry seasoned oak casks. 40% AVB. No colorants.

• EYES: Clear golden, ligth.
• NOSE: Smooth, ligth, not much alcoholic, smoothy peat, herbs.
• MOUTH: Smooth and homogeneous, ligth smoke, a little spicy. Toffee. Smooth finish, not too persistent.

ADDING WATER

• EYES: More transparent, a little oiled.
• NOSE: Smoke. It increases herbal aroma, smooth liquorice, nettle. Chocolate, some cítrus.
• MOUTH: Milk chocolate, almonds. Very smooth and more homogeneus, less spicy, fresher. Smoky and mellow finish. Fresh and clean sweetness.
