This image involves three items which defines our project: The cask, used to mature the spirit, the crow’s nest, where the ancient sailors watched to find land, and finally, both constellations: Little Dipper (with the Polaris star) and Southern Cross (with the Acrux star), which oriented sailors on the wide sea. It means, metaphorically, what we want: Looking fordward for whisky bars with a certain variety of them, guided by knowledge, learning, experiences and friends.
