HIGHLAND. Single malt, Ex bourbon oak casks. Finish: Oloroso Sherry. 40% AVB

• EYES: Dark amber, oiled.
• NOSE: Aroma of wood and bourbon. Coffe, citrus, yeast.
• MOUTH: Strong flavour, lingers on the palate. A little spicy. Citrus, fresh fruit, caramel. Smooth finish.

ADDING WATER

• EYES: It turns golden.
• NOSE: More wood and smoother.
• MOUTH: Smooth and homogeneous. Honey. Fresh.
