SPEYSIDE Single malt. IPA experiment. 43% AVB.
NOSE: remarkable hops, strong beer, flowers, autumn fruit.
MOUTH: It enters smooth and spicy. Very notorious IPA. Final less spicy. Hops again, herb and yeast.
ADDING WATER
EYES: Shining.
NOSE: smoother and more hops, weet wood.
MOUTH: Sweeter, more spicy, grass.
Great experiment.
