EYES: dark amber, dense, oiled.
NOSE: Spicy, alcohol, herbs, some medicin.
MOUTH: Spicy at the begginning, fresh, high density, creamy, sweet, almonds or nuts, cacao. Medicinal and a little smoky, final sweet honney.
ADDING WATER
EYES: golden, cloudy.
NOSE: peated, more medicinal, iodine,
MOUTH: smooth and sweet, less spicy, caramel or toffee. Spicy ending. More homogeneous, no smoke. Ending with a smooth pears in syrup.
